This guide will walk you through every step of adding your property to our platform. Following these steps carefully will help you attract more guests and get your listing approved faster.

You can add a new listing from your dashboard. Let's get started!

Step 1: Basic Information

This is the first thing potential guests will see. Make it clear and attractive.

• Property Title: Create a short, catchy title. For example: "Cosy Studio near Dubai Mall" or "Luxury Villa with Private Pool".
• Description: This is your sales pitch. Describe what makes your property unique. Talk about the space, the view, the neighborhood, and any special rules.

Step 2: Property Details

These details are crucial for filtering and helping guests understand the property's size and rules.

• Price (per night): Enter the base price per night in AED.
• Max Guests: The total number of people allowed to stay.
• Bedrooms: Total number of bedrooms.
• Bathrooms: Total number of bathrooms.
• Check-in / Check-out: Set the standard times for guests to arrive and leave.

Step 3: Location & Map

A correct location is the most important factor for many guests.

1. Full Address: Type the full address (building name, street, area) into the "Full Address" box. This is for your reference and for the admin.
2. Set Location on Map: Use the interactive map to set the *exact* location.
   • You can **search** for an area (like "Dubai Marina") using the search bar on the map.
   • You can **click** anywhere on the map to move the pin.
   • You can **drag** the pin to the exact building or location.

The map will automatically save the Latitude and Longitude from the pin's location.

Step 4: Classification

Help guests find your property by selecting the correct categories. You can select multiple options.

• Listing Status: Is your property For Rent or For Sale?
• Property Type: Is it an Apartment, Villa, Townhouse, etc.?
• Amenities: Select everything your property offers, such as Wi-Fi, Swimming Pool, Kitchen, Free Parking, etc.

Step 5: Photo Gallery

Great photos are the #1 way to get bookings. You can upload up to 10 images for your gallery.

• Upload clear, bright, high-resolution photos.
• Show the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and any outdoor spaces or views.

Step 6: Submit for Review

When you have filled in all the details, click the "Submit Listing for Review" button at the bottom of the form.

Your listing will not be public immediately. Our admin team will review it first to ensure all information is correct.

What's Next?

After submitting, your new listing will appear in your "My Listings" table on the right side of your dashboard with a status of Draft or Pending.

• Awaiting Review: Our team will review your submission within 24 hours.
• Published: Once approved, the status will change to Published, and it will be live on the site.
• Edit/Delete: You can edit or delete your listing at any time using the (Edit) and (Delete) buttons in your "My Listings" table.
